Leadership
Leadership at the Parent Level

Operators live in delivery. Holding-company leaders live in mandates. Confuse the two and you get a parent that meddles and a brand that waits for permission.
The useful posture is stewardship: set the standard, fund the next chapter, remove the drag, and then stay out of the room where the client sits. Presence still matters. It simply shows up as judgment rather than as a second product owner.

Parent-level leadership is mostly subtraction. What can this company stop doing because the holding company now does it well? What should the holding company never touch because the brand's craft depends on it?
